Directions to Mann's Country Gardens

 

A1 From Elmira and Horseheads N.Y.; and Sayre, Athens and Towanda PA. - Take route 86 (formerly 17) to the Elmira exit. Take the exit west until you come to the Clemens Center Parkway. Clemens Center Parkway is the only 4-lane expressway through Elmira. Turn south or left onto Clemens Center Parkway. Follow Clemens Center Parkway through Elmira and as it exits the city it becomes Rt. 328.
A2 Follow Rt. 328 until you come to a caution light.( where the four lane becomes a two lane). Turn left at the caution light and cross a green iron bridge.
A3 Drive approximately 2 tenths of a mile past the bridge and turn left onto Bird Creek Rd. We are 2 miles up Bird Creek Rd. on the right - two story white house , carriage shop and Christmas tree farm.

B From Gillett, Troy and Canton PA.- Drive North on Rt. 14 to Elmira (Southport) turn left onto Rt. 328 then follow directions A2 from there. Or drive to Fassett, turn onto Roaring Run Rd.(Near South Creek Fire Dept.). Follow Roaring Run Rd. approximately 4 -5 miles and turn right onto Bird Creek Rd. Drive down Bird Creek Rd. approximately 3 1/2 miles. We are on the left. (This way is very winding).

C1 From Mansfield and Wellsboro - Take Rt. 6 East through Mansfield, turn north (left) onto Rt. 549. Take 549 to Rt. 328 and the N.Y state line.
C2 Approximately 1/4 mile past the N.Y. state line take first right hand turn onto Pennsylvania Ave. Then take 2nd road to your right- which is Bird Creek Rd. We are two miles up Bird Creek Rd. on the right.

D From Lawrenceville and Tioga Pa. -At Williamson High School turn north onto Rt. 328. Follow this until you come to a T in the road. Turn left at the T and then follow directions C2.

E From Caton and South Corning N.Y. - Follow Rt. 225 to Caton- go straight through Caton (it becomes County Rt. 32) for 2 miles until you come to a T. Turn left at the T (still Rt. 32) and drive another 7 1/2 miles,( County Rt. 32 becomes Sagetown Rd. on the east end) until you come to another T. Turn left again and drive 1 1/2 miles until you come to a caution light. Turn right at the caution, cross a green iron bridge and then follow directions A3 from there.
